With the purchase of two (2) or more Lotto Max plays on one (1) ticket while the promotion is in effect, qualified entrants will receive one (1) Extra number free of charge. Should a qualified entrant request between one (1) and ten (1) Extra numbers on a participating ticket, only one (1) Extra number will be credited.

This offer applies to plays purchased for one (1) draw only. Plays can be purchased alone, or as part of Double Jeu Max or combos.

Plays valid for more than one draw, played as part of Formule groupe, Formule super groupe, a Forfait lottos or a Super forfait, or purchased online on lotoquebec.com or via the Lotteries app, are expressly excluded from this offer. Lotto Max free plays are also excluded from this offer. No free Extra number will be added to the corresponding tickets in the abovementioned cases.

This offer applies to the Replay option if it is redeemed during the promotion. However, if a person wishes to use the Replay option once the promotion has ended, and with a participating ticket containing an Extra number received free of charge while the promotion was in effect, they must pay the corresponding amount, i.e. one dollar ($1) per Extra number per draw.
