New changes to Roue de fortune!
Roue de fortune winners will now get to spin the wheel at festivals across Québec. The TV segments airing on TVA will feature host Anick Dumontet, as well as Pascal Morrissette, who'll give viewers a behind-the-scene look at each festival. Again this year, the winners will have the chance to win a prize of up to $1 million.
Here's a list of the festivals that the Roue de fortune team will be stopping at this summer:
- Festival de la chanson de Tadoussac on Friday, June 14
- Francos de Montréal on Sunday, June 16
- FestiVoix de Trois-Rivières on Friday, June 28
- Jonquière en Musique on Friday, July 5

The wheel of fortune
The game is played using a wheel of fortune. The participant spins the wheel, and the ball stops on a segment associated with a cash prize. The wheel is divided into 36 segments. The prizes associated with the different segments are distributed as follows:

Enter the promotion by scanning the verification code on your Roue de fortune ticket via the Lotteries app or by entering the ticket's control number at lotoquebec.com/2chance. The promotion will run from midnight on April 29, 2024, until 11:59 p.m. on August 25, 2024.

How to play
- You may play online, using the mobile app, or at a Loto-Québec retailer.
- Roue de Fortune Éclair can only be played using Quick Pick (selection randomly generated by Loto-Québec’s computer).
- Each Roue de fortune Éclair play costs $3 or $5 and allows you to participate in a Quick Play. The $5 play offers bigger prizes and better odds of winning a TV participation.
- Quick Play is a game that is randomly generated by Loto-Québec’s computer. The Quick Play wins if the ball stops on a segment of the wheel associated with a prize. An on-screen message indicates whether or not you win at Quick Play.
- You must pay before Quick Play starts. It is impossible to cancel a Roue de fortune Éclair ticket.
