How to play
First portion: Instant Tickets (portion number: 21-5004)
Scratch GAMES 1, 2 and 3. In a same game, uncover 3 identical prizes and win that prize.
In GAME 3, uncover 3 "PARTICIPATION TÉLÉ" (TV PARTICIPATION), present this ticket no later than January 6, 2026 at 4:30 p.m., and participate in the January 11, 2026 draw.*
*"PARTICIPATION TÉLÉ": You win $1,000 and if you present this part of the ticket in whole to Loto-Québec no later than January 6, 2026 at 4:30 p.m., you have the right to participate on Sunday, January 11, 2026, in a draw for the following prizes: 1 of $1,000,000, 2 of $100,000, 3 of $75,000, 6 of $50,000 or a minimum of $25,000. If the ticket is presented after 4:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026 and within 12 months of the draw date, you will receive a $25,000 prize in addition to the $1,000 prize.
The draw may be substituted for a simillar event and/or held on another date.
Second portion: Daily Draw (portion number: 22-5004)
From December 1 to 31, 2025, Loto-Québec will randomly draw 1 winning alphanumeric number per day, and if "VOTRE NUMÉRO TIRAGES QUOTIDIENS" (your daily draws number) corresponds to the winning alphanumeric number drawn of any such draw, you win $25,000.
Third portion: Cash Prizes Draw (portion number: 20-5004)
- Scratch "VOTRE NUMÉRO" (your number) to uncover your 7-number combination, which is valid for the cash-prize draw taking place on January 11, 2026.

From October 27, 2025, to January 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., purchase a Célébration 2026 ticket and register your control number at lotoquebec.com/2chance OR read the validation code with your mobile phone via the Loto-Québec app to participate in the promotion.
You could win one of 5 extra entries for the TV Draw on January 11, 2026 and have a chance to become a millionaire at the Célébration 2025 gala.
Registration deadline is at 11:59 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
